BudgeTools provides specialized add-on software for the hospitality industry. The company's biggest selling product, also called BudgeTools, enjoys wide popularity among Directors of Revenue Management at various well known brand hotels.

The BudgeTools product consolidates budget, forecast, actuals and prior year data together and enables the creation of future budgets and forecasting.

BudgeTools LLC utilizes both internal and external development expertise to bring product to market and can work with any organization to grow the value of forecasting and management tools used.

Founded in 1994 as The Market Analysis Tool Company, BudgeTools LLC is a privately held company.

About Matt Hurley, Founder and President
Born and raised in New England, Matt first entered the Hospitality industry in the mid 70s working his way through a variety of F&B positions in the restaurant industry. When managing a small restaurant company in the early 80s, Matt gained a vision of the power of computers to help business owners run their operation and forecast better. He then began working with computers and early forecasting models. With ITT Sheraton during the later 80s and into the early 90s, Matt was instrumental in developing data extracts for yield management systems and progressing the science of forecasting. In his hotel career, Matt focused on running IT groups and Yield Management and, as Yield Manager, was part of the opening team for the spectacular Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels. In 1994, Matt left the corporate world to start his own company, developing a variety of hospitality industry related applications both for commercial use and for specific client needs. Version 1 of BudgeTools was released in 1999, since that time, the product has grown in scope and install base to almost 300 sites. Matt currently resides in California with his wife and 2 children.
