Each version includes 12 months plus a year summary. All months correspond to calendar months, but the start month does not have to be January, it can be any month you select. By default, the BT Express follows the calendar month expressed in the version name. The first month is January, the last is December and all months are in the same year. Hotels can specify a start month other than January. The specified start month can be in the year expressed in the version name or the prior year. This option meets the needs of many hotels that have fiscal calendars that do not correspond to the standard calendar.

What is the Import Export tool?

BT Express Import Export supports the import of data into BT Express and the export of BT Express data for import into other systems.

The Import section provides an Excel worksheet with a place to paste data copied from another system. Then you build (reusable) formulas to organize the pasted data into rows and columns that BT Express can import.

The Export section generates Rows and columns of BT Express data in .CSV format; you can add formulas (that are also reusable) to include GL Accounts, Market segments, and other identifiers as required.
